Brief Description:  Engine run preparations...

I started the day by draining and flushing the carburetor in preparation for the first engine run. Following this I installed more terminal boots on the master and starter relays as well as the main alternater feed to the master relay. Next I removed the fuselage aft window due to the forward row of retaining screw holes cracking. I drilled the screw holes larger and countersunk the hole further to be able to fit tinnerman washers. LP Aero has a good web page lpaero.com that explains window installation procedures well. I found some brake fluid on the right cabin floor and the right brakes right brake cylinder upper elbow fitting looked suspect so I turned the elbow fitting another 360 degrees tighter. Also I blead the fuel pressure transducer and attempted to bleed the oil pressure transducer only to discover I was missing an oil system plug on the oil filter right angle adapter so I have to aquire a plug before completing that task. Another task was to record all fuse sizes installed in the main, essential and hot battery busses.
